Peach Grapefruit fizz Cocktail

When it comes to Summer beverages light and fruity drinks are my go-to! While I would never turn down a margarita on the rocks or a crisp sagrina, both are well, basic. This season I wanted to up the ante and make a drink that was truly refreshing and delicious. This season my bar is stocked with Alizé Peach, a succulent infusion of ripe, luscious peaches delicately blended with premium French vodka. I've mixed up my take on the perfect summer beverage and while a pat on the back may be cliché so I’ll settle for happy party guests. To make this refreshingly delightful beverage following the below directions:

Ingredients

2 parts Fresh Grapefruit
2 parts Alizé Peach
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Ice

Directions

Combine 2 parts freshly squeezed grapefruit juice with 2 parts Alize Peach Liqueur with ice in cocktail shaker, shake until chilled. Pour mixed ingredients into large wine glass, and top with champagne, garnish with grapefruit wedge.
