Happy First week of 2016! It was a bit crazy to get back into the swing of things both at work and in the blog world but, I have big hopes for the new year. I've been working on putting together my goals, blog expectations, and even a rebrand - which I'm sooo excited for! In additional to getting back into the groove of things, I've also been battling the crazy weather. The rain has been absolutely nuts here, and really hasn't let up much. This always makes getting ready in something other than sweats a huge feat. Long cardigans (last seen here) and extra layers have been a must, oh yeah and an umbrella!
We were lucky enough to capture these just before a huge downpour, otherwise these boots would have been super impractical. When it comes to dressing in layers I tend to keep things very neutral, and dress in a monochromatic way. How did the first week of the new year treat you?
