BEST-SELLING HOLIDAY SETS

I say this every year, but if there’s any time to invest in makeup, it’s during the holiday season! Value sets are a great way to test or try new brands or stock up on personal favorites. I was able to do a little pre-holiday shopping (thanks to a friends & family code) and have been testing out a few of these sets for the past month. I can attest to my entire purchase and say that I will definitely be utilizing the sale savings to repurchase several of my favorites.

MY PERSONAL TOP 8 make-up PRODUCTS

I’d describe my personal beauty routine as being very carefree. For the last several years, all of my beauty purchases have relied on purpose and reliability. My makeup routine is based around favorites that have been tried and true that likely won’t be replaced unless a superior product arrives. I don’t subscribe to the idea of having shades or colors that I won’t wear. Because of this, I rarely, if ever, purchase large shadow kits or beauty gift sets with 10,000 different shades. It’s just not my thing.

I do, however, find value in spending a bit more money on high-end beauty products. Some of my go-to favorites include tools such as the Shiseido Eyelash Curler, which literally last for years, and a Tweezerman Stainless Steel Slant Tweezer. For a barely-there foundation routine, I utilize Laura Mercier tinted Moisturizer (and have for 5+ years) along with NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer and Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. Since my lips are naturally very pale, I always wear a bit of lipstick. The Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick & Liner are cult favorites for a reason. It’s the ultimate no-makeup/makeup shade for most skin tones. For full bright-eyes and long lashes, Too Faced Better Than Sex Volumizing Mascara is an absolute must!

Happy Shopping!
