Rosemary Infused Pistachio

An easy entertaining treat, that takes but a second! With the holidays right around the corner the time seems to step up to full speed leaving most people with only a moment to spare. I wanted to share a super easy recipe that is the perfect treat for holiday cocktail parties.

Although a seemly simple idea, I was surprised to find that there wasn't any recipes listed online. Here's what I came up with after a little trial & tasting..


  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 1/4 pounds Pistachio (in shell / lightly salted)


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add pistachios & rosemary to baking sheet and toast in oven until warm and fragrant, about 5-10 minutes. Serve with sprig of rosemary!
