I’ve been waiting weeks to share a peek into my last few days in Paris. The weather may have been less than desirable but, the scenery still looked as beautiful as ever. We schedule a tour of the Eiffel tower on our second to last day, hoping for a bit of sunshine to sneak through. But, as luck would have it, it poured all day long. With our umbrellas in tow we made our way across Paris and embarked on the guided tour.

It was actually one of the most interesting historic tours we did during our stay and I’m so glad we ended up going through with it. Our guide was super knowledgable and had a wonderful sense of humor, especially considering he had no umbrella. After ending our walking tour, we decided a cup of hot chocolate and a light bite would be the best way to get out of the torrential downpour and Ubered to a Angelina! Side note, I would highly suggest skipping the Taxis and only using Uber, it’ll save you a lot of money! I’ll be sharing all the deets behind the restaurants, hotels and AirBnB’s we stayed at in the next few weeks!

We’re also heading out of town this weekend to check out a potential wedding venue in Palm Springs! If you have any recommendations on places to eat, drink, or shop leave them in the comments below!

xoxo,

Birdie
