Europe Vacation, Paris Packing-List

I know what you're probably thinking, 10-days in carry-on? Are you kidding me? Trust me, that was my attitude when my Fiance told me we weren’t traveling with checked luggage to Europe. At first I was shocked, doubtful, and slightly annoyed but, after some researching (hello Pinterest) I learned it’s totally doable! Being that I’m naturally prone to packing way more than is needed, this was a great lesson for experimenting with mixing and matching and only packing what was totally necessary (i.e no ball gowns).

First things things, before diving in, I did some serious Pinterest scrolling and gathered plenty of Parisian outfit inspo. After printing a few key looks, I picked out  pieces which were most common across the outfit and compared the rest to items I already had in my closet. Believe it or not most were within the black and white color scheme. Keeping within this neutral palette allowed for maximum outfit combinations and was relatively inline with my own everyday style.

I decided to add pops of color throughout my accessories and in one or two tops. From here I made of list of everything I needed to pack from skinny jeans to a crisp button-down, and also picked up a couple missing pieces.

After all was said and done I was left with nine tops, six bottoms, and four pairs of shoes (not pictured: white sneakers). I added a few additional accessories, including a couple scarves, hat, and a few jewelry pieces. I’m traveling with a standard wheeled carry-on and have plenty of space, with room to spare, because who doesn’t love a few souvenirs.
